Jeff Lubin has been the leading portrait photographer in the Washington DC area for over 25 years. HIs work has been featured in The Galleria At Tysons II since 1989. His client list includes actress Lynda Carter, sports star Cal Ripken and Sheila Johnson. Jeff believes in giving back having raised over $165,000 for the Lombardi Cancer Center to fight childrens cancer and much more in the form of donations to many area wide associations in over his twenty-five years as an artist.
Jeff’s sensitive and unique style has won him many national and state awards. He earned the coveted Master of Photography Degree from the Professional Photographers of America, in 1992, after only three years of competition. The following year, Jeff received the Craftsman Degree, also from the Professional Photographers of America. In 1992, for the second time in his career, Jeff won the Grand Photographic Award from the Virginia Professional Photographers Association, indicating the top photographer in Virginia. He has twice been named Portrait Photographer of the Year by the Maryland Professional Photographers, once in 1989 and again in 1990.
Jeff has produced a book on the business of photography on children’s and bridal portraiture. His name and photographs have gone all over the world. His portraits have been published on the cover of three issues of Rangefinder Magazine and one cover of The Professional Photographer. He has published over 50 articles in professional photography magazines, and has been a contributing artist for the Professional Photographers of America’s monthly publication. His portrait’s are featured in thousands of homes in the Washington metropolitan area.
Jeff has been a keynote speaker at many national and state conventions. He has lectured all over the US and in Taiwan, China, Thailand, Korea, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, Australia, Mexico and the Philippines. His style has one of the most emulated in the photography industry over the last quarter century.
